Happiness Yi is a percussionist from San Jose, California. She earned her M.A. in Music with a Percussion Performance emphasis at Washington State University and her B.M. in Music Education from Willamette University in Salem, OR. Ms. Yi has worked with Chamber Music Northwest in Portland, OR since 2014 and is entering her seventh year with them as Production Manager. Ms. Yi works in the Portland/Vancouver area as a free lance stage manager for chamber music ensembles and as a percussion clinician, private studio teacher, and music teacher in the Evergreen School District.
